IVR Call Centre
Link Technologies SA has developed and implemented a new call centre service based on an Interactive Voice Response system, at the Urban Transport Organisation of Thessaloniki.
The passengers can receive information on how to use the urban transport system, by calling a certain telephone number.
The Interactive Response System includes an Open Voice Tree system to respond to all incoming calls.
The system offers various services and “tree scheme” options to the caller; it is an interactive system which allows callers to navigate through their phones’ keyboards, responding to pre-recorded audio messages. Users can of course be connected to a real person should that be required.
